How to take job photos with your phone that win more work
You don't need a photographer. The phone in your pocket takes great photos if you follow a few simple habits on the job.
Five quick habits
- Take the "before" first. It's the photo everyone forgets. Same spot, same angle as the "after."
- Hold the phone sideways for websites. Wide photos fit website layouts best.
- Shoot with the sun behind you. Morning and late afternoon light looks best.
- Clean up the shot. Move the cooler, the trash bag and the extension cord out of frame.
- Get the crew in some photos. Friendly faces in uniform build trust fast.
