Not at all. Most of our clients aren't. We handle the tech and talk in plain English. If you can send a text, you can work with us.

Is the free preview really free?

Do I need a logo or photos first?

No. Send what you have. We write the words, can design a logo if you need one, and show you how to take great job photos with your phone.

I only need a website. Do I have to buy everything?

No. You pay for the website. Logo, Shopify store and care plan are optional add-ons.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many pages and features you need. After your free preview, we send one clear price before any work starts. No surprise fees.

How long does it take?

Most websites go live in about two to three weeks, depending on how fast we get your info.

Who owns the website?

You do. Your domain, your words and your photos are yours, even if you leave.

What if I need changes later?

Text us. With the care plan, small changes are included. Without it, we quote each change before we do it.
